Electrochemical and Microengineering group

Dr Adrian Fisher

Welcome to the Electrochemical and Microengineering Group

We seek to utilise electrochemical measurements for sensing applications in high-throughput microfluidic devices, fabricate unusual nanoscale structures and simulate the reactions occurring in electrolysis-type reactions.

The group is housed in the Centre for Research in Electrochemical Science and Technology (CREST) in the UK and within the Campus for Research Excellence and Technological Enterprise (CREATE) in Singapore.

Research

We design, develop and manufacture novel micro- and nano-scale devices for applications in a number of fields including: quantitative biochemical analysis, fuel cell development and biophotovoltaic device development.
